 What does it do?

S49-A series vibratory sieve is designed for accurate grading or sizing of wet and dry materials up to five fractions in one operation.

How does it do it?

The material is fed onto the screen by manual or mechanical means.

The product is vibrated through the mesh screen, any oversize material is retained on top.

The oversize is removed continuously through oversize outlets on the circumference of the unit

The machine can be changed between 1 and 5 screens as required by simply removing the clamp ring on each deck

The internally centrally mounted motor means the material on the screen can be controlled to dwell on the screen as required producing a fast or slow spiraling action
