Bar screen is a general sieving device with special screen surface. Its outstanding characteristics are high effective sieving, relative large treating capacity but hard to block, which is especially appropriate for the sieving of high water content and viscid material. It is widely applicable for the industries of mine, chemical, metallurgy, power, construction material to classify block and small-and-medium-size particle material.

BTS series bar screens, self R&D by our company, include many models and specifications. Its box moving tracks are of straight and round. Screen surface has single layer and double layers. Seated or suspended installments can sufficiently meet the needs according to users field requirements.

BTS series bar screens have two structures, open and closed, which adapt to different working environments. The series vibrating screens have two powers, 380V and 660V; therefore, voltage and explosion-proof requirement should be assured when choosing. Please be careful when choosing the model.
